D N LEO PE-RPET AVG Pearl-diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Leo I facing, his head turned slightly to right, holding spear in his right hand and with shield decorated with horseman attacking a fallen foe over his left shoulder. Rev. VICTORI-A AVGGG B / CONOB Victory standing left, holding long jeweled cross; to right, star. Depeyrot 93/1. RIC 605. Minor marks on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
